ReplyDeleteWhich would be the 'curmudgeon picks'?
ReplyDeleteBrains SA gold rating coming soon? cant wait to see what you think ;)
ReplyDeleteAgree on the Broadside.
Brains SA, Old Thumper and Old Crafty Hen would probably be my favourites amongst those.
ReplyDeleteIt's interesting that Morrisons are still applying the same discount of £1.26 for four bottles at least to the Brains SA, so you could get four bottles of this for £3.74 (and thus possibly four bottles of Brakspears Bitter for £2.74).
Cheers Curmudgeon I had forgotten about the multi-buy aspect, went back at lunchtime today and bought 4 Brains SA Gold [baron rating 4/5] (nice crisp hoppy session beer) for a grand total of £3.74 ;)
