Anchor Beers aren't bottle conditioned are they?
From what i've read here (http://hubpages.com/hub/Unpasteurized_Beers) they're "flash-pasteurized and filtered".
Thank you very much for that information, I wasn't sure myself just always noticed that Anchor ales have such soft carbonation - I'll update it now.
