I bought all five of Wooden Hand's beers that I saw in my local bottle shop - so far I've had three (Cornish Buccaneer included), and they've all been really poor. Very ashy, tobacco aftertaste like bad homebrew...

Glad it wasn't just me then,I didn't enjoy it at all when I tried it on holiday down in Cornwall (hence the lack of my usual background).

When I was writing up the review I wondered if it had been off due to the tartness?
